Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods

Our service provides an instant digital product (a personalized webpage). Due to the nature of digital goods and customization, we generally do not offer refunds once the page has been generated.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We WILL issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: You were charged, but the website failed to generate your page/link.
  • Double Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • "Change of mind" after the page is created.
  • Typos or spelling mistakes made by the user (Names, Messages). Please double-check your inputs before creating!

4. How to Request

To request a refund for a technical error, email us at support@mysurprise.online with your Payment ID/Screenshot within 24 hours of the transaction.
