My Valentine provides a platform for users to create personalized digital web pages ("Digital Greetings") for entertainment purposes. These services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content (photos, names, messages) you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Payments

One-time payments for creating a page are final. The service is delivered immediately upon successful payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

My Valentine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
